Motel

This environment is part of my ongoing study of urban decay aesthetics and how storytelling can be embedded in every asset.

Concept Idea I wanted to capture that eerie, nostalgic vibe you get from places left behind. The empty motel, the rusted fence, the overgrown ground—everything was designed to tell a silent story of neglect and time passing. The lighting and sky add to that abandoned, forgotten atmosphere.

Modelling
I kept the modular approach in mind for the motel’s structure—balconies, rooms, and walls are all designed to be reused or easily adjusted. The fence and barbed wire were made with mid-poly geometry and instancing to keep things light.
